Our business is expanding, and we're seeking a skilled **Mobile Forklift Service Engineer** to join our team to support our growing customer base across the Avon region, covering Bristol and surrounding areas. If you have a strong background in forklift or plant machinery maintenance, an excellent problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
- Conduct service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of forklift trucks and material handling equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide timely, accurate, and detailed documentation of each job.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, providing a high standard of service and advice on equipment care.
- Manage workload efficiently to cover designated service area.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Relevant engineering or technical qualifications are desirable.
Full UK driving license.
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain repairs and solutions to customers.
