Salary: Competitive packages up to £41,000 OTE for Workshop Controller and £38,000 OTE for Senior Technician
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:30 (flexible lunch: 1 hour or ½ hour with earlier finish at 17:00)
1 in 4 Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00
Overtime paid at time and a half
About the Roles

Workshop Controller Senior Technician
Basic Salary: £37,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £41,000
2. Senior Technician
Vehicle Technician
Basic Salary: £35,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £38,000
Both roles come with the opportunity for overtime, paid at time and a half.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop Controller:
Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Lead and motivate the team to meet performance targets.
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Senior Technician:
Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to the highest standards.
Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot issues.
Support and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance and repair.
Excellent communication and leadership skills (for Workshop Controller role).
